Announcements: Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School has re-scheduled their Science Fair!!  If your child is eligible to go, they were given an information letter on Wednesday.  Please let me know if they are able to attend, so I can  get them registered.

6th Grade
No homework tonight!  We took Chapter tests in both Religion and Science today.

7th Grade
No Religion homework.
No Science homework, we had our Chapter 6 test today.

8th Grade
Religion: No homework.  Chapter 1 Church History Test will be on Tuesday, February 1st

Science: Chapter 6 Section 2 Assessment p. 201 Questions #1-3 plus the Math Practice Box.    It looks like the Chapter 6 Test will be on Wednesday, February 2nd .

6th Grade
In Science class we were trying to do a lab out convection currents, but we blew the breaker in the lab!  That caused quite a bit of excitement!

7th Grade

January 5, 2011

Today we did not have Religion classes.  We went to Mass.

6th Grade Science
We reviewed Earth's Interior.  No homework except to study for Friday's vocabulary test.

7th Grade Science
We talked about sex-linked traits and how they are passed on.  Students need to study for the Chapter 5 Section 1 & 2 vocab test which will be tomorrow (Thursday).

8th Grade
We continued to learn about valence electrons and the periodic table.  No homework other than to study for Friday's vocabulary test over section 1 & 2.
