Monday, October 10th

Please check your child's backpack for important paperwork today!  Students were given the time of their parent/teacher/student conference.  If you need to re-schedule, please call the school office.

Sixth graders brought home two permission slips today.  On Thursday, October 20th we will be going to the Sam Noble Museum of Natural History in Norman for their Geology Laboratory and a tour of the museum.  This field trip will be free of charge because we were awarded a Fossil Fuel Fund award to cover the cost of the field trip and the Geology Laboratory program.

On Tuesday, October 25th the sixth graders will be going to Mount Saint Mary Catholic High School for a tour of the campus.

8th Grade- No homework.  Today students were given the information on the "Adopt-an-Element" Project.  The completed project is due on Friday, October 21st.  Please see their hand-out with instructions with sample, fact sheet, and grading rubric.
